Everything you need to know

Is TrPay free?
Opening an account and transfers between users are free. Deposits carry a standard 2% fee, reduced by up to 75% as you climb VIP tiers. Withdrawal and transfer fees are 0%.
Is KYC required?
MASAK and BRSA rules require KYC for higher limits, physical cards and crypto withdrawals. Front/back of ID plus a selfie with the ID is enough. Reviews complete within 24 hours.
What security measures do you use?
Bank-grade controls: TOTP 2FA, IP allowlists, encrypted document storage, real-time anomaly alerts, AES-256, TLS 1.3 and ISO 27001-aligned operations.
Can I use the corporate API?
Yes. HMAC-SHA256 REST API v1 is available to all users — commerce, ERP or mobile. Sandbox is free; production uses standard fees.
How do VIP tiers work?
You are placed in Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Black based on 30-day volume. Each tier discounts deposit fees (Silver 10% → Black 75%).
How long does a physical card take?
Approved orders ship in 3–5 business days. Tracking appears in the panel and via Telegram.
How safe is my data?
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Personal data is processed under KVKK/GDPR. KYC files are encrypted and available only to the compliance team.
How do I open a business account?
Submit company registry documents, signature circular and MASAK authorized-manager papers. Business accounts get custom limits, discounted fees and a dedicated manager. Contact kurumsal@trpay.com.
